July 1, 2021 - Ft Wayne, Indiana. Prentice Durable Products a subsidiary of New Process Graphics LLC has acquired Prentice Products an ISO 9001: 2015 manufacturer. Since 1938 Prentice has excelled as a Tier One supplier to OEM's worldwide. We are excited to announce this "merger of equals and welcome all their experienced trades team members."
