Kromex®

Kromex® emblems span beyond the standard chrome finish, to satin, matte or other solid colored finishes. This technology also enables aesthetic features to the final product such as screen printing. The emblems are “flexible” and easily applied both on flat or curved surfaces. New Process is one of the few worldwide to have the proprietary and patented process. Automotive grade and tested. ABS Chrome & DOme

ABS plastic sheeting is laminated with automovie grade foam adhesives and cut to shape and can be enhanced with clear polyuerathane doming. The emblems are flexible and durable to be applied to flat and curved sufaces for exterior identification.  

Doming

Doming and Micro-Doming emblems are a clear flexible premium urethane resin applied to a printed label or material with the newest generation of CV Smart Technology and an on-site drying oven line for large production.  We use a premium urethane’s that are exterior rated and tested by the world-wide leader in this technology; DEMAK.
